PC users couldn't buy the game when it "came out" because the PC version still hasn't been released yet. That being said, I've already pre-ordered it. So I bought it as soon as it came out too.

Also, DLC is usually free for PC gamers. Just another perk of playing on PC.

Right, because pc gamers waited until they had free DLC to buy the game, even though it was released along the console version.

It seems that the only people that do not get rewarded with the free DLC, is the ones that bought the game as soon as it came out.
So much for loyalty.
